Most of this binder's recipes are photocopies of borrowed library books and magazines. On a little Internet searching, this recipe is indeed a Donna Hay recipe, from Off the Shelf, Cooking from the Pantry cookbook.<BR/><BR/>Donna Hay is one of my favorites. Her recipes are always clear and easy to follow with short, concise ingredient lists.
