
The tree is the best its been for a few years now. It's taken a while to recover from the damage done by a glass blower who lived next doors years ago.
I've canned these plums in many different ways. Canned plums on their own aren't the best as they disintegrate somewhat in the sealing process. But, Heidi at 101 Cookbooks has a fresh looking Rosewater Plum Compote that looks delicious. I'm going to try this one tonight, and I'll let you know how it goes.
