Tonight I finally made a recipe I've had flagged to try for a long time. As a young lass, I use to love the spaghetti squash, which probably had more to do with its spaghetti-like strands then anything else- and this weekend when I was at Mitchell's Farmers Market, I picked one up. I have to say I've had just about enough of the other winter squashes for this season, but thankfully, I got around to trying this recipe.
It's quite delicious and fresh tasting, a nice side to almost anything.
