Corn and Swiss Chard Pudding

ok, so now that we're in the second month of the year, it's time to kick myself into gear. I bought new tea towels today, spent $25 dollars all on new tea towels- there's enough to turn most of my existing towels into rags. I spent most of the weekend trying to de-clutter, which is difficult when the boyfriend is using the dining room as storage for his over-stock records. One day.
Tonight for dinner, I'm making Corn and Swiss Chard Pudding (Canadian House and Home, May 2006) and Wild Rice.
I should make something else to go along, I'll have to look what's in the fridge...
